Gather up your friends and family and come celebrate the holiday season at the 39th Annual Winter Arts Faire!
From 10am until 6pm both days, this festive community event will feature 55 handmade artisan booths, diverse musical entertainment, children’s storytelling, a delectable holiday menu plus sweets from the kitchen, and a visit from Santa both days.
Supporting local creative vendors, and non-profit organizations, Winter Arts is one of the best holiday shopping opportunities in Humboldt for special one-of-a-kind gifts.
Some of SoHum’s favorite musical acts will be performing including: Humboldt Time; Planet Four; local artist/storyteller, Holly Sweet; folk singer/storyteller Seabury Gould; pianist Bob Baker; pianist Zechariah Gravander; solo classical guitarist George Mooney and more!
An annual WAF exclusive guest, Santa Claus, will also be in attendance both days from noon to 3pm, when children may visit with him, one on one!
Winter Arts Faire at Mateel is an official drop-off spot for the "Toys For Tots" campaign. Toys that are donated should be in their original packaging and unwrapped. The toys will be distributed by the Kiwanis Club to children in need in South County.
Bring your friends and family and have a hot cocoa together, or one of Garth’s Hot Buttered Rums and enjoy the warmth and fun of the 39th annual Winter Arts Faire!
Open from 10am to 6pm both days, the admission is $5 and free to MCC members and kids 12 and under.
Mateel memberships are available at the door for those wishing to take advantage of the free admission offer for this event and other Mateel event discounts.
