Greetings, the Mateel Community Center would like to invite you to participate in our 7th annual
Humboldt Hills Hoedown Bluegrass and Beyond, in lovely Redway, Ca. This event is open to
all vendors (handcrafts, retail, and imports) and acceptance is based on a jury committee.
Booths will be inside and outside of the hall. We would love for you to participate. Check out
our website at www.mateel.org for the lineup and more; don’t miss out on the 7th annual
Humboldt Hills Hoedown Bluegrass & Beyond at your community center.
If you need a temporary seller’s permit you call the Eureka office of the State Board of
Equalization at 707-576-2100 or call your local office. Also you may need a county of
Humboldt business license.
Please note that all incomplete applications will not be sent back. A complete application
is one that includes: Booth fees, California resale or nonprofit status number, pictures of your
craft and a SAEA large enough for documents and your photos.
If you are a return vendor and you contact information has changed then please update,
otherwise you only need to fill out the * sections of the application
GAAP standers require us to deposit payments when they are received; this is not an
acceptance into the festival. Canceling before this date ensures that you will receive a refund of
your booth fees minus a $25 processing fee.
Unfortunately, any cancellations after this date are
not eligible for refunds. Any checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $30 charge.
Two passes come with a booth space.
