Interested in volunteering to help direct your community center into the future? If so, member seats are occasionally open on the following Board of Directors committees, which are made up of board, staff, and select member participants. Please see below for a list of committees that encourage member participation, and the work these committees are doing.

Facilities & Grounds Keeping Committee

This committee is responsible for identifying, discussing, and implementing improvements to the Mateel hall and grounds.

Meets: 2 nd Wed. of the month @ 5:30pm

Events & Talent Committee

This committee generates talent and event ideas and works to expand on the events, programs, and festivals of the MCC.

Chairperson: Elena Worley

Meets: 1 st Thurs. of the month @ 5:30pm

Membership & Fundraising Committee

This committee is dedicated to furthering member benefits, increasing the number of memberships, and identifying new and interesting fundraising opportunities.

Chairperson: Sherri Nelson

Meets: 2 nd Tues. of the month @ 5:30pm
