There is still time to reserve space for advertising and/or sponsoring Reggae On The River™ or the Summer Arts & Music Festival. Proceeds from SAMF and ROTR support Recycled Youth, Missoula Children’s Theatre, Youth Alive, the Spring Arts Collective, Mateel Aikido, South Fork High School Drama, The Monologues Project, and more. In turn, benefits to you include great exposure for your business or cause with a combined circulation of 52,000 copies distributed from the Bay Area up through Southern Oregon and more.

2012 Summer Arts & Music Festival and Reggae On The River™ Sponsorship Packages

The following is a description of the various sponsorship packages being offered for the 2012 Summer Arts & Music Festival on June 2nd and 3rd, and Reggae On The River™ on July 21st and 22nd. Each package includes a free ad in the SAMF and/or ROTR program guide. Ad sizes vary according to the package you choose. 26,000 program guides for each festival are distributed throughout N. California and Oregon! (Ad deadline has been extended to May 3rd, 2012 at 5pm)

$5500 Package:

● Free full-page ad in the full-color program guide of the festival (ad size: 14.50 x 10 in. wide - Deadline is April 27, 2012)
● 2-night stay at Best Western Humboldt House Inn, Friday and Saturday of the Festival weekend.
● Logo placement on the Festival posters, ads, the Mateel website and the event website.
● Prominent banner placement on main stage (sponsor provides banner).
● Sponsor listing and logo on “Thank you Sponsors” page of the festival program guide you sponsor.
● Free 10 X 10 booth space in a prime location to distribute info or sell product.
● Multiple Thank you announcements from all stages throughout the event.

● Free three-quarter page ad in the Festival program guide (ad size: 10.8 in. tall x 10 in. wide - Deadline is April 27, 2012).
● Prominent banner placement on one of the stages (sponsor provides banner).
● Sponsor listing and logo on the “Thank you Sponsors” page of the festival program guide you sponsor.
● Multiple Thank You announcements from all stages throughout the event.
● Mateel VIP gift package: 2 free admissions,*2 invitations to the Friday night welcome cocktail party, and...
    2 T-shirts, 2 drink tickets, 2 meal tickets, 2 memberships, discounts to all Mateel-sponsored events, 2 laminates.

$1500 Package:

● Free half-page ad in Festival program guide (ad size: 7.25 in. tall x 10 in. wide or 14.50 in. tall x 4.875 wide - Deadline is April 27, 2012).
● Sponsor listing and logo on “Thank You Sponsors” page of the festival program guide you sponsor.
● Multiple “Thank You” announcements from all stages.
● Mateel VIP gift package: 2 free admissions,*2 invitations to the Friday night welcome cocktail party, and...

$500 Package:

● Free quarter-page ad in the program guide you sponsor (ad size: 7.25 in. tall x 4.875 in. wide - Deadline is April 27, 2012).
● Sponsor listing and logo on “Thank You Sponsors” page of  the festival program guide you sponsor.
● Mateel VIP package: 2 free admissions,*2 invitations to Friday night welcome party, and...
    2 T-shirts, 2 drink tickets, 2 meal tickets, 2 sponsor laminate.

$10,000 BenefactorPackage:

This package is for sponsors who would like the benefits of sponsoring all 2012 Mateel-sponsored events

● Full page ad on inside front page in the full-color all Festival program guides of your choice (ad size: 14.50 x 10 in. wide - Deadline is April 27, 2012)
● Logo placement on posters of all Mateel-produced events for 1 year from time of purchase.
● 2-night stay at the Benbow Inn, Friday and Saturday of the Festival weekend of your choice
● Logo placement on monthly Mateel newsletter e-blasts; event e-blasts reaching over 10,000 people; Festival posters and ads and on the Mateel’s home website
● Prominent banner placement on main stage of all 2012 festivals (Sponsor provides banner.)
● Sponsor listing and logo on “Thank you Sponsors” page of all 2012  festival program guides
● Free 10 X 10 booth space in a prime location to distribute info or sell product at SAMF and ROTR
● Multiple “Thank you announcements” from all stages during Mateel –sponsored events
● Mateel VIP gift package including 5 free admissions,*5 invitations to the Friday night welcome cocktail party,
    4 T-shirts, 4 drink tickets, 4 meal tickets, 1 lifetime membership, 3 regular Supporter memberships with discounts to all Mateel-sponsored events, 2 laminates.

* Cocktail party on July 20, for all ROTR sponsors & MCC board and staff.
