Please Note: The deadline for advertising in the Reggae on the River™ Program Guide has now expired.
Advertising in the Summer Arts and Music Program Guide has been extended to May 2nd, 2013.

The following is a description of the program guide ad sizes and rates for those who would like to place an ad without a sponsorship package in the Summer Arts & Music Festival (on June 1st - 2nd) and the Reggae on the River™ Festival (on August 1st - 4th) progam guides. Keep in mind that any of these packages can be tailored to your specific needs.

Over 26,000 of these these full color program guides are distributed throughout Northern California each festival season and represent an incredible bang for your advertising buck! A 10% discount will be given for advertising in the Summer Arts & Music Festival to those who’ve advertised in the Reggae on the River Guide as well.

To get started, simply fill out our online Advertising Request Form and submit it. Once your request has been received I'll be contacting you very soon to get started with tailoring your advertising needs for the program guide(s) you're interested in. Formatting Details for Graphic Designers:

~ All ads should be camera-ready /sized to specifications. An extra 10% charge for graphic design will be added for any changes needed.
~ Ad Specifications for ad designer:
    • Color: CMYK - no spot colors • Resolution: 300 dpi
    • No bleeds
    • Format: PDF preferred (PDF/x-1a:2001) or Jpg
    • Convert spot colors to CMYK before converting to PDF
    • Outline fonts before converting to PDF
